Jéssica Jacques. Capturing time, one beam of light at a time.

Create through light. connect through feeling.

evolve through time.

I’m Jéssica — a photographer whose work isn’t about perfect photos, but the honest moments they hold

Through my lens, I hope you see the best in yourself — the part that unfolds when you feel comfortable in your own skin.

I believe the best photos come from real moments and genuine connections. My goal isn’t simply to take beautiful pictures — it’s to help you feel relaxed, confident, and truly enjoy the process. When you’re comfortable, magic happens in front of the camera!

Some interesting

facts about me

01.

Fact 1

I come from an island in southern Brazil, where the sea shapes everything — including the way I see the world.

02.

Fact 2

The sea taught me to see light, texture, and emotion in constant motion — a reminder that nothing stays the same. Through photography, I try to preserve those fleeting moments, like time capsules you can return to.

03.

Fact 3

My thoughts often branch in many directions, growing fast and all at once. Maybe that’s why I’m drawn to photography — it lets me pause, to freeze a moment before it rushes past.

04.

Fact 4

I’m a GP by training, an IT professional by chance, and a photographer by choice.

ABOUT PERFECT THINGS

“Utopia is on the horizon. I move two steps closer; it moves two steps further away. I walk another ten steps, and the horizon runs ten steps ahead. No matter how far I go, I’ll never reach it. So what’s the point of utopia? The point is this: to keep walking.”

- Eduardo Galeano
about instants of time

“Life is a continuous becoming in which each instant is a window and borders with eternity.”

- Carlos Bernardo González Pecotche
About When to Click

“Every dive is a flash.”
